The 15-year-old boy was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of a weapon.
At 7:34 a.m., police responded to the Wildwood Housing Authority Commissioners Court at 3700 New ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Ave. about a 15-year-old boy who was experiencing a mental health crisis.

The older son had locked himself in one of the bedrooms, police said. The responding officer attempted to make contact with him and was able to unlock the bedroom door. The officer saw the teen standing near an open window.
